Returns and exchanges
In case of return, the return of the amount of the sum paid will be made.
Based on art. 44 of the law 7/1996, of January 15 of Retail Management, the customer will be entitled to the return of the requested order within a period of FIVE DAYS after receipt thereof, without prior use and having communicated through our Email address, firstname.lastname@example.org.
